I have a gym upstairs but I’ve kept my Bow Classic and ISO Bow in the TV room and use I them for more frequent short periods —feels good!
Can work many muscles — hip adductors and abductors as well as recuts abdomal and oblique muscles with the longer Classic.
With the 20” Steel Bow and Classic at 36” great for compleat upper body I even feel my neck getting stronger.

This is going to make you chaps smile !!…This is my second Bullworker….the first one, was bought way back in 1968 !…YES ! 1968 ! Heavy chrome plated steel, and much heavier than my new classic ! I was 18, that year, and had been weight training and learning Shoto kai Karate, under Sensei Harada…and as soon as I saw the Bullworker, I knew I had to go for it. At approaching 74 in October, and surviving two different cancers, …12 years ago, Non Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, 5 months intensive treatment….then in December, 2023,Colon cancer , where I was in Derriford Hospital, Plymouth, for 17 days, facing a possible Stoma bag situation….but I was saved from that, with my utmost gratitude to a wonderful Surgeon, known as Mr. T.K. ( Thengungal Kochupapy), who managed to save me from having to ware a stoma…and we have the same hobby…weight training !!…So it has been a hard time, being older, recovering, but , I went back to the future and bought the Bullworker Classic !…and , Boy, AM I GLAD I DID !!…Back in training and loving every minute of it !!…The memories came flooding back ! THANK YOU SO MUCH BULLWORKER !!

This bullworker sits along with its (at least) 45 years old sibling at my home here in Bangalore, India. My dad had the Bullworker 2 imported from England in somewhere around 1975. My dad used it regularly until covid hit the world. He was 78 years when he passed away, until the end he was lean, fit, active and strong. Bullworker must get some credit for his fitness if not all. This bullworker is by far the greatest memory of my father that stays with me till date and I use it along with the newest one that I imported from the US. While I continue to use the older one, I am getting my 13 year old to use the newer one. For me bullworker is as much emotion and nostalgia as it is strength development. I hope my son will keep my (new) bullworker in his life as I have kept my dad’s.
