Yes very impressed but I had twin hernia repair 1 inaugural and 1 umbilical seems to be aggravating the inaugural hernia repair but my problem I enjoy my bullworker so much I forget what page I’m on ,so I overdo but as quality work out I’ll enjoy the discomfort

The bullworker bow classic is the BEST fitness equipment you can buy. I have had the bow classic for almost a month, and it has always delivered. There are plenty of exercises to choose between, just like a gym, but all packed in one simple equipment. I bought the bow classic to replace my local gym, and it has worked well for me. If you manage to do all the exercises correctly then you won’t be disappointed. For maximum efficiency I recommend supplementing the bow classic with the iso bow so that you switch between them when training.
