What people are saying about the Bow Basic

(30 customer reviews)

“Purchased a steel bow because for certain exercises were a bit hard and figured a shorter model would help with that. It definitely did. Great construction and the new improved handles are a game changer. Very happy with my purchase and recommend to people who want a way to exercise at home.”

Josh

The Steel Bow is a solid piece of equipment. I have long had a home gym and frankly have no desire to go to a commercial gym. My job requires travel and the Steel Bow fits right in my luggage. A fast and intense workout is available anytime. The Steel Bow is solidly built and contains enough varied resistance springs to provide even the strongest person with a solid workout. Try one! You won’t be disappointed!

Kory D

“This is the one of the finest total body fitness equipment out there. I don’t have extra time for gym so in search of an alternative I found Bullworker and since then it has become my best friend. Bullworker products are awesome and there is no doubt it will benefit anyone who invest in Bullworker products.”

I have been using a bullworker off and on for very many years ( over 40) it is a useful exercise machine to be used in your own home.

  2. David McKee (verified owner)

Smaller size and lighter weight make the basic very versatile. I can do routines with it that I cannot do with the classic that I’ve had since ’78. I recommend for first timers or experienced bullworker users.

    Bow Basic…..the Original…1980
Bought this back in 1980 and needed a new wall chart. Looked on the net, which was not around when I first bought this, and they were still in business and sent out a new chart right away. It still works as new, even though I don’t .😇 This thing is over 40 years old and still kicking my butt.

  4. Joe Bisconti

Very nicely built, solid and smooth operating Bullworker. The spring tension is just right for me and I am fairly strong at 70 years old.

  5. David McKee

Bow Basic is a lightweight shorter version that makes certain exercises easier, more concentrated on certain muscle groups, provides opportunity for exercises that cannot be done with the longer classic. I bought a classic back in ’78. Good addition to your bullworker collection.

Quality and utility at a nice price. I’ve had a full-size Bullworker for decades. Then I got the small Steel Bow model and its portability and easy handling was a revelation.

So when this new medium-size model became available, I was quite interested. I bought it “for my wife” and she found it to be quite agreeable. I did too. Smooth action; light weight… and of course, Bullworker equipment lasts forever. Another home run from this great company.

    Dear Sir/Madam,
I found that doing the Aluminum Bullworker in my sofa chair was great due to a hip condition. I could do upper body exercises and leg exercises. Then do abdominal exercise with the aid of a chair. I find the lighter Bullworker is great and easier to use than the heavier model.

I have every Bullworker ever made. The 28” is the most versatile. Love it. I use the Classic and Steel Bow Everyday. The 28” as much as the other two combined !!

  9. Dale Hemenway (verified owner)

Even though I have several Bullworkers I just had to have this new 28″ Bow Basic. I wasn’t disappointed. It is beautifully made and incredible quality in finish and performance. Compared to the previous steel construction these new models are very light and VERY smooth in operation. The spring resistance I find perfect for some abs work as well as chest. Flex the chest as you slowly compress the Bullworker and you will definitely feel it and get results. If you’ve never owned a Bullworker before then the Bow Basic is a great introduction. If you already own Bullworkers then the 28″ size makes this a great addition to your workout equipment.

Just arrived today now fullfillled first workout and I am realy impressed!
I use the basic bow to complete my workout: beginning with the classic set following basic set and finishing with the steel set.
Sometimes I use the ISO-FLO in addition.
