X5 Pro Handle Release
Congratulations on the receipt of your X5 Pro!
The X5 Pro was precisely designed so that if you are not pulling straight up, the force to the side can cause the pin to jam. Therefore, if you either grip the sides of the handle or directly in the center the handle comes right off. It does not take much force so if you are forcing it, reposition your hand and try to pull straight up from the center.
X5 Pro Straps
Some may have noticed, with the mechanics of a pulley system, there are possibilities for exercises to off center the Bullworker.
In this case, many of the 1×1 strap exercises can be improved by placing the stitching to the bottom of the handle and adjusting your grip above the center point.
When doing leg exercises, maintaining a loos grip on the way down allows for you to feed and reposition your hands to keep your flow going.
